This notice explains which personal data Seatlify processes during its private beta, why it is needed, and which service providers receive it.

Data we process
For beta applications and registration, we process your name, email address, organization name, optional website, and event description. Ticket purchases require a customer name, email address, order details, and payment status. Organizers store event, ticket, and public-page configuration data.
Why we use data
We use this data to review beta applications, create and secure accounts, process orders and payments, issue tickets, send confirmations, validate admission, and provide support.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments; Seatlify does not store complete payment-card details. Vercel and Supabase provide hosting and database infrastructure, Stripe provides payment services, and Resend provides transactional email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services.
Cookies and technical data
Seatlify uses essential cookies for authentication, security, and language preferences. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, device information, and request logs.
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the website. You can change your consent at any time through the cookie settings.
Retention and your rights
We retain information only as long as needed to operate the service, meet contractual and legal duties, and resolve security or payment disputes. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing.
